Products & Pricing

• We reserve the right to update pricing and availability without prior notice.

Custom Orders

• Custom size orders are made specifically for you.

• Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless agreed by Khaatie in exceptional cases.

Delivery & Access

• Customer is responsible to ensure access for delivery (gate, stairs, entry).

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on logistics.

Cancellation

Order cancellation is possible only before the order is processed/shipped.
