Returns, Refunds & Damage Policy – Khaatie

At Khaatie, every product is made with high attention to quality. Since furniture requires careful handling and in many cases is made-to-order, we follow the policy below.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns for change of mind (e.g., if you do not like the color/finish after delivery or ordered the wrong size).

Please read product details, sizes, and images carefully before placing an order.

Damage Replacement Guarantee ✅

If your product arrives damaged, we will provide replacement/repair support.

To qualify:

  • You must report damage within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share:

    • clear photos/videos of product damage

    • photos of outer packaging

    • order number

Once verified, we will arrange:

  • repair OR part replacement OR full replacement (based on case)

Wrong / Missing Item

If you receive the wrong product or missing parts:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery

  • We’ll arrange correction at no extra cost

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • Payment is successful but order is not confirmed/processed

  • Product is not deliverable to your location after purchase

  • We fail to deliver within a reasonable time after confirmation (rare)

Refund processing time:

  • 5–10 business days after approval

  • Refunded to original payment method

Custom Size Orders (Important)

Custom size / custom-made orders are not eligible for return or refund, unless damaged in transit.
