We deliver Khaatie products across India with safe packaging and careful handling to ensure your furniture reaches you in perfect condition.

Standard delivery timeline: 7–10 working days
Custom size orders: 10–15 working days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, product availability, and logistics.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.

Orders are delivered through trusted courier/logistics partners.
For bulky furniture items, delivery will be at the ground floor / building entrance unless otherwise mentioned.
If floor delivery/installation is required, it may be chargeable depending on location.

Once shipped, tracking details (if available) will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
